An active, unencumbered RN license is required for travel Med Surg positions. Massachusetts is not a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Travel RNs must obtain an individual Massachusetts RN license before starting an assignment. Apply through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing well before your start date.
