Travel MRI Tech Jobs
MRI Technologists operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce detailed images of organs, soft tissues, bones, and vascular structures without ionizing radiation. They screen patients for MRI safety contraindications, administer gadolinium contrast agents, and select pulse sequences appropriate to the clinical indication. Licensing & Credential Requirements
Georgia
Travel MRI Tech positions require active ARRT certification in the appropriate modality. Most facilities also expect current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Georgia does not require a separate state license for ARRT-certified radiologic technologists beyond national certification and BLS. Facilities with 3T magnets or cardiac MRI programs often require documented experience with those specific platforms. MRI safety screening competency is universally expected; some larger programs prefer MRSO certification.
Colorado
Travel MRI Tech positions require active ARRT certification in the appropriate modality. Most facilities also expect current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Colorado does not require a separate state license for most radiologic technology modalities.
