Licensing & Credential Requirements

An active, unencumbered RN license is required. Georgia is a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. RNs holding a multistate compact license issued by their home state can practice in Georgia without obtaining a separate state license, which simplifies onboarding significantly. ACLS certification is required for all cardiac RN assignments. BLS is universally required. Experience with cardiac mapping systems (CARTO, EnSite) and device implantation workflows is expected. Conscious sedation certification and anticoagulation protocol management are standard requirements. Some facilities expect competency with post-procedure device interrogation.
