ICU Nurse – Neuro
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for its neuro intensive care unit. This is a 13-week contract position with flexible start dates available every Monday.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Navy blue scrubs required
Clinical Scope
You'll provide direct care to critically ill neuro patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. Expected duties include continuous monitoring, hemodynamic management, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Active GA or compact license
- Minimum 18 months of neuro ICU experience within the past 3 years
- CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) certification
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
Location & Travel
- Based in Atlanta, GA
- 50-mile radius assignment
- Non-local travelers only
