Rehabilitation Nurse — Travel Contract | Wichita, KS
This 13-week travel nursing position places you in a Rehabilitation unit in Wichita, KS, working night shifts with a consistent schedule and guaranteed hours.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Unit & Clinical Scope
You'll work within a Rehabilitation unit caring for patients focused on recovery and functional restoration. Candidates should be comfortable with the acuity and pace typical of inpatient rehab nursing. Float coverage may be required to like units on the same campus or at another campus within the Wichita area.

- Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension — 90-week contract window)

Required Credentials (for submission)
- Active RN license (verified through Nursys)

Immunization & Health Requirements (onboarding)
- MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Influenza
- TB testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-spot)
- Fit test and health statement
Candidates must be comfortable completing competency testing and facility-specific onboarding requirements prior to starting.
