Operating Room Nurse – Travel Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll support a diverse surgical schedule in a dynamic operating room environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, four 10-hour days per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Start Date: November 3, 2026
Clinical Focus
This role encompasses multiple surgical specialties:
- Vascular & Plastics Reconstructive Surgery – DIEP flaps, microsurgery, and complex reconstructive cases
- Robotic Surgery – Bariatric, gynecologic, general, and colorectal procedures
- Orthopedic Surgery – Total joint replacements and related procedures
Requirements
- Current RN license (Texas)
- OR experience with exposure to the specialties listed above
- Vascular experience strongly recommended
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical environment
- Flexibility to support various surgical teams
