ICU Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced ICU Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment working the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment while maintaining flexibility to support adjacent clinical areas.
Scheduling & Requirements
- Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
Scope of Practice
You'll provide care for high-acuity patients in the ICU and may float to the Observation Unit and Medical-Surgical units as needed. This role requires adaptability and strong clinical assessment skills.
What We're Looking For
Experienced critical care nurses comfortable working nights, capable of managing complex patient populations, and flexible with unit assignments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
Interested candidates should have all required certifications current and ready to begin in early December.
