Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for night shift work. You'll provide care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry oversight, working as part of an interdisciplinary team in a busy unit.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications (required at time of submission)
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license (required at time of submission)
• Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)

What to Know

• Annual hands-on competency modules required for contracts lasting one continuous year or longer
• Background check and BCI/FBI fingerprints required; prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Extensions available up to 18 months; a 6-month break follows unless client approval is obtained
