Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) — Day Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the respiratory care team on a 24-week contract. You'll work day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), three 12-hour shifts per week, providing direct patient care and respiratory support across multiple clinical areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
• Active NBRC certification and BLS certification (in hand at submission)
• Valid Ohio RRT license (in hand at submission)
• Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months

Schedule & Flexibility

• Day shifts: 3×12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Weekends as needed
• May float to other facility locations as required
• All scheduling requests and time-off needs must be discussed during the interview and submission process

Facility Requirements

• Smoke-free, nicotine-free environment (no exceptions)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine test required within 12 months of start
• Background check and BCI/FBI fingerprinting (completed within 48 hours of contract signing)
• Annual competency modules as required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
