Med/Tele RN – 16-Week Contract

Unit & Setting

Join the Medical/Telemetry Complex Care unit, where you'll provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical management. This is a dynamic acute care environment with diverse patient populations and acuity levels.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM), rotating with some day shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• No more than 50% night shift rotation
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other week
• At least 1 holiday must be worked during the contract
• Block booking available upon request (not guaranteed)

What We're Looking For

• Active New York RN license and AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years acute hospital experience
• At least 1 recent year in med/surg or telemetry
• 2 years of U.S. work history required for international candidates
• Charge nurse experience and willingness to assume charge responsibilities (training provided if needed)
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed

Contract Details

• 16-week assignment
• 112 guaranteed hours per contract week
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Start date: January 5, 2027

This is a hands-on role for an experienced RN ready to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced setting.
