Medical-Surgical / Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care (ALC) — Registered Nurse

Rochester, NY | Nights | 16-Week Contract

This travel RN position is on an Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) and Alternate Level of Care (ALC) unit, caring for geriatric and complex medical patients requiring specialized, patient-centered inpatient care. The unit focuses on preserving function, managing multi-system conditions, and coordinating transitions for patients who have completed acute treatment but require continued facility-based care.

Shift & Scheduling

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 1 weekend shift per week, or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday required per contract
• Schedule flexibility is required; block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed

Charge Role

Charge nurse experience is preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience, including at least 1 recent year in med-surg or telemetry
• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. clinical work history
