Medical/Surgical Nurse – Colorectal & Bariatrics

The Opportunity

Join the medical/surgical team in a colorectal and bariatrics unit. You'll care for patients undergoing diagnostic procedures, surgical interventions, and postoperative recovery in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights: 7 PM–7 AM / 7 AM–7 PM rotation
• 36 hours per week
• 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
• At least 1 holiday shift required during the contract
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed
• Flexibility with the facility's scheduling needs is essential

Requirements

• Active New York RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• 2 years of acute hospital experience
• 1 recent year in medical/surgical or telemetry
• 2 years of U.S. work history (required for non-U.S. trained candidates)
• Reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Contract Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Start: January 5, 2027
• Charge experience is requested but not required
