Radiation Therapist – Outpatient Oncology
Position Overview
The facility seeks a Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT-RTT) for its outpatient radiation oncology department. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with no call, no float, and guaranteed hours.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
- 13-week contract
Clinical Setting
You'll work in a busy outpatient oncology clinic managing approximately 60–70 patient cases daily. The team includes 3 physicians and uses two linear accelerators and one CT simulator to deliver treatment planning and radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments using established protocols
- Assist with patient positioning and immobilization
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Support treatment planning workflows
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Registered Radiation Therapist (RTT) credential
- Current state licensure (if applicable)
