Emergency Department RN — 16-Week Contract

The Opportunity

The facility's Emergency Department is a high-acuity setting with a modern, collaborative environment. You'll join an experienced team delivering specialized geriatric emergency care, including services that reflect ACEP-accredited geriatric ED standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 12-hour shifts, 3p–3a / 7p–7a rotation or straight 7p–7a
• Hours: 36 per week (guaranteed 112 hours per contract)
• Weekend Requirement: One shift per contracted week or two shifts every other weekend
• Holidays: At least one per contract
• Blocked Scheduling: Rotating or fixed blocks available (Thurs/Fri/Sat, Fri/Sat/Sun, or Sat/Sun/Mon upon request)
• On-Call: Not required but recommended; average 2 hours per week in 4, 8, 12, or 16-hour blocks (7p–7a)

Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• 2 years recent emergency nursing experience
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS certification
• Current U.S. work authorization; 2 years U.S. work history required for international candidates
• Residency more than 50 miles from the facility
