Neuro ICU / IMCU Registered Nurse

Atlanta, GA | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3×12) | 13-Week Contract

This position supports a Neuroscience ICU and Intermediate Care (stepdown) unit, with floating between both areas expected. Candidates should be comfortable managing high-acuity neurological patients across a range of conditions and acuity levels.

Unit Overview

• High-acuity neuro ICU patients alongside intermediate-level neuro stepdown care
• Floating between ICU and IMCU is a regular expectation
• ICU assignments: 1–2 patients; stepdown assignments: 3–4 patients
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Shift

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a neuro ICU or neuro specialty setting — strong neuro background must be clearly reflected on your profile
• Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Current certification card
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps exceeding 60 days
• Completed skills checklist
