Medical-Surgical Nurse – Nights
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical Nurse for a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a telemetry unit. This is a 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license at time of submission
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- NHISS certification required prior to start
- Minimum 1–2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
- NURSYS Report and Required Time Off (RTO) documentation must be submitted at application
Preferred Qualifications
- Critical Care background, provided you're comfortable with Med-Surg patient ratios and acuity levels
During Onboarding
You will complete a Dysrhythmia Exam; a score of 80% or higher is preferred.
Float Expectations
You may be requested to float to nearby affiliated locations as staffing needs arise.
