Medical-Surgical RN | Nashville, TN | 13-Week Contract

This Med-Surg travel opportunity is based on a general medical-surgical floor in Nashville, TN. The unit manages a diverse adult patient population requiring strong assessment skills and comfort with routine nursing procedures in an acute care setting.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required
• Weekday scheduling is flexible
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Clinical Scope

• Acute care adult Med-Surg population
• Procedures: IV placement and foley catheter insertion
• Wound care management
• Remote telemetry monitoring
• May float between Med-Surg units on a PRN basis

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Experience with IV pumps and medication dispensing cabinets
• IV and foley catheter placement proficiency
• Commitment to patient experience standards including hourly rounding

Required Certifications

• BLS (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale (required)
• CPI (preferred)

Dress Code

Black or Royal Blue scrubs
