Float Pool RN – Night Shift
Position Overview
Join the hospital's float pool as a Registered Nurse on night shifts (19:00–07:00), working 4 x 12-hour blocks. This 10-week assignment begins December 7, 2026.
Assignment Details
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (previous travel experience required)
- Current RN license (GA or Compact)
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong skills in cardiac telemetry, care of ventilated patients, central line and PICC line management, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, and non-invasive airway support
- Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (non-titration and titration)
- Comfort with rapid response and code team participation
Schedule & Time Off
- Every other weekend required
- No call
- Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
- Major holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) may be mandatory; holiday time-off requests depend on how many fall within your assignment
- All time off must be finalized at time of submission
Compliance
Full compliance required prior to start date. All onboarding documents due the Tuesday before your first shift.
