Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Fayetteville, GA

This 20-week contract places you in a high-volume Emergency Department serving a broad patient population including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The unit sees a fast-paced mix of medical and trauma presentations, requiring strong skills and comfort managing critically ill patients across age groups.

Shift: Nights, 3×12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Contract Duration: 20 weeks

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Required Certifications:

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS

Clinical Skills Required:

• and emergency assessment
• Arterial line management
• Central line care and management
• Care of ventilated patients
• Continuous IV sedation and vasopressor management
• Interpretation of ABGs and dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Management of multisystem organ dysfunction
• Isolation precautions/PPE

Additional Details:

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Georgia RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• No on-call required
• Floating within the facility per scope of practice as needed
• Holiday coverage expected based on holidays falling within your assignment period
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Full compliance required prior to start; onboarding items due the Tuesday before your start date

Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams.
