Operating Room RN — Richmond, VA

4×10 Days | 13-Week Contract | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

This OR position supports a high-volume surgical suite performing a broad range of specialty procedures including robotic surgery, orthopedic, neurosurgery/spine, general surgery, plastics, and urology. Transplant and cardiac surgery are not performed in this unit.

Shift Structure

• Primary shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening taper teams cover through 11:00 PM; night shift is call-only
• Call rotation averages approximately 2 call shifts per week, covering weekday nights and weekends (primary and backup)

Required Skills — Candidates must have all three:

• Robotic surgery experience
• Orthopedic surgical experience
• Neuro/spine surgical experience

Certifications & Licensure

• Active Virginia RN license required

• Schedule: 4×10-hour day shifts
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• No floating required
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Contract length: 13 weeks
