Med/Surg RN — Night Shift | Richmond, VA
This 13-week travel contract places you on a general medical-surgical floor with a designated stroke and neurology focus. Night shift runs 19:00–07:00 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
Unit Overview
The unit manages a broad med-surg patient population with an emphasis on stroke and neuro care. Nurses can expect remote telemetry monitoring and a collaborative team environment.
Shift & Staffing
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Night shift team: 1 charge nurse, RNs, 1 tech, 1 unit secretary
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- NIH Stroke certification
- ACLS certification

- General medical-surgical nursing care
