Position Overview
The facility is seeking an RN Case Manager for a 91-week contract assignment. You'll work day shift with weekend rotation in a case management unit focused on utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of acute hospital RN case management experience
- Critical care background required
- Active compact RN license at time of submission
- New Hampshire RN license required
- BLS certification required
Schedule & Details
- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with weekend rotation
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
- Start Date: December 7, 2026
- Dress Code: Business attire
