Med/Surg RN — Night Shift | Lebanon, NH | 13-Week Contract

A Med/Surg unit in Lebanon, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract starting December 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour nights, 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend required; holiday coverage required as needed
• Candidates must be available to work scheduled holiday blocks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's (including surrounding weekends)
• Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible

Unit Overview

• Broad patient population: pediatric through geriatric
• Acuity requires strong assessment skills, care plan development, and discharge planning
• Responsibilities include formulating and revising individualized care plans, coordinating and supervising patient care, recognizing and reporting abnormal findings, and appropriate delegation to the healthcare team
• Accurate documentation of wound assessments, medication administration, nursing flow sheets, and patient education is essential

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS and ACLS (both AHA)
• Any color scrubs
• 8-hour non-billable orientation
• No on-call requirements

• RTO must be noted at time of submission; requests after upload/interview will not be approved
• Maximum 5 days RTO for the assignment duration
