Surgical Technologist – Robotics
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support its robotics surgical program. You'll work in a dynamic OR environment assisting with minimally invasive robotic procedures.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 days/week)
- Contract Duration: 90 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for robotic surgical cases
- Assist surgical teams with instrument management and supplies
- Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures
- Support surgeons and nursing staff during minimally invasive procedures
- Stay current with evolving surgical techniques and robotic technology
Required Qualifications
- Current Surgical Technologist license or certification
- Valid state ID/driver's license
- Up-to-date immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza)
- Negative tuberculosis screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Successful background check and drug screening
- ACLS/BLS certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
- Professional references and education verification
