Echo Technologist — Cardiac Sonography | Lone Tree, CO
13-Week Travel Contract | 4×10-Hour Days | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating Weekends
This cardiopulmonary unit performs a full range of non-invasive and invasive cardiac imaging procedures on both adult and pediatric patients. The team is small, collaborative, and highly skilled, with an emphasis on flexibility and patient-centered care.
Clinical Scope
- Adult echocardiograms (portable inpatient and outpatient)
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
- Bubble studies and Definity contrast studies
- Pediatric echoes, including basic scans on infants
- Structured reporting on all procedures performed
Schedule & On-Call
- Four 10-hour shifts per day shift schedule
- 2 nights of on-call per week, including rotating weekends
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of acute care experience as an Echo Tech
- Active BLS certification
- RDCS or RCS credential required
- Demonstrated proficiency with TEEs and pediatric echocardiography, including infant scanning
Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS certification
