Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Position Overview

The facility's Emergency Department is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a 91-week contract. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), with 36 guaranteed hours weekly.

Clinical Setting

You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment, managing patients across the full acuity spectrum and assisting with acute interventions and stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start date

• Location: Arcata, CA
• Duration: 91 weeks
• Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Start Date: December 7, 2026
