Emergency Department Registered Nurse
Position Overview
The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work a day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with rotating weekend responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Unit Profile
This busy ED handles a full spectrum of emergency patients requiring rapid assessment, stabilization, and definitive care. You'll deliver patient-centered care in a team-oriented setting with strong collaborative relationships among nursing, paramedic, and support staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of ER experience (required)
- Current licenses and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Team player mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of ER experience
- EHR proficiency
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Contract duration: 13 weeks

- Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
- Floating: May float to other areas as needed
