Position Details
- Location: Des Moines, IA
- Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 4×10 hour shifts (7:00 AM start)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week with rotating day off
- Call: None
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
About the Role
Join the facility's Electrophysiology department as a traveling EP technologist. You'll support a range of EP procedures while working with an experienced clinical team. The role includes potential float assignments across multiple Des Moines campus locations to similar units as needed.
Requirements
- ARRT certification (required)
- Minimum 12 months current Electrophysiology experience (required)
- Stim experience (required)
- 24 months EP experience (highly preferred)
- RCIS or RCES certification (preferred)
- Cardiac Cath lab experience (preferred)
- Travel experience (highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Current work history must document 24 months of EP/Cardiac Cath experience
Additional Information
- Holiday commitment: You may be required to work 1–2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays unless your unit is closed
- Multiple orientation dates available (11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/28)
- Candidates must be located at least 50 miles from the facility
