NICU Respiratory Therapist – 12-Hour Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join the NICU team on a 13-week contract. You'll provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in a specialized care environment, supporting the smallest and most vulnerable patients.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Hours: 36 guaranteed weekly hours
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Holiday Requirements: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in respiratory therapy
- Georgia RRT license
- NBRC certification
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
What You'll Do
Deliver respiratory care to neonatal patients, including ventilator management, airway support, and other clinical interventions within the NICU scope of practice.
