ICU Nurse – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an ICU nurse for a 13-week contract beginning November 30, 2026. You'll work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. and 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), rotating in 4-week blocks between days and nights.
Schedule & Staffing
- Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday–Sunday for day shifts; Friday–Sunday for night shifts)
- Weekly start dates: Mondays
- Note: No Christmas time off will be approved
Clinical Details
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS-AHA certification
- ACLS-AHA certification (preferred)
- NIHSS certification (preferred)
- Level 1 trauma experience required if you have no prior travel nursing experience
- Must have been separated from your previous employer for a minimum of 6 months
Additional Information
- Day-one competency assessment required
- Relias practice tests available for preparation
