OR Circulator – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR Circulator to join the operating room team. You'll work day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans before, during, and after surgery
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and responses to care
- Coordinate care across all surgical disciplines to ensure seamless operations
- Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately
- Assess discharge planning needs and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Follow Standard Precautions and maintain a safe surgical environment
What You'll Need
- Active RN license (verification required at submission)
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress setting
- Willingness to take call and work holidays as needed
- Current immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap
- TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Professional references and successful background check
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday with on-call and holiday coverage
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Start Date: November 5, 2026
- Location: Tulsa, OK
