CT Technologist – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a 12-week night shift assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced technologists and first-time travelers (minimum 1 year experience required).

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 4x10-hour nights (16:30–03:00)
• No call required
• One major holiday required during contract
• Float: Within facility and scope of practice as needed

Clinical Scope

You'll perform a wide range of CT imaging including:

• Head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, thoracic, and cervical imaging (with and without contrast)
• Coronary CTA and vascular CTA
• CT arthrography
• Emergency Department imaging
• ICU support
• Contrast media preparation and administration
• Peripheral IV starts
• Biopsies, aspirations, and drainage procedures

The facility serves adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across acute care, outpatient, and emergency settings.

Requirements

• Current ARRT CT or ARRT R certification; BLS required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• GA or Compact RN licensure at time of submission
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements (core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing; all compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start)

Key Details

• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Orientation includes non-billable hours (8–10 hours depending on contract length)
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Guaranteed 84 contract weeks
