Schedule
- 5 x 8-hour days per week (40 hours)
- Rotating call: averages 1–2 days per week, plus every 4th weekend
- Guaranteed hours: 32 per week
About the Role
The facility's orthopedic surgical suite is seeking an experienced Scrub Tech to function as surgical first assist. You'll support the surgical team during orthopedic procedures, ensuring proper instrument management, maintaining the sterile field, and providing skilled assistance to surgeons.
Required Qualifications
- Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
- Minimum 2 years of surgical first-assisting experience
- Current Colorado Surgical Assistant registration (when applicable)
- CSFA or other nationally recognized surgical assisting certification (preferred or required per role requirements)
- Current BLS certification
- Must have orthopedic surgery experience
