Respiratory Therapist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shift work. This is a 24-week contract position.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 days per week (12-hour shifts)
- Weekends as needed
- May float to multiple facilities as staffing needs require
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
- Active Ohio RRT license
- Active NBRC certification
- Active BLS certification
- All certifications must be in hand at time of submission
Requirements & Compliance
- Two professional references required (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director from assignments within the past 12 months)
- Complete work history must be included in your profile, along with copies of all certifications
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Nicotine-free facility — no exceptions
- 10-panel drug screen with nicotine (cotinine) testing required within 12 months of start date
- Background check and license verification required; no license hits accepted
- BCI/FBI fingerprint clearance must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be communicated during submission and interview
Contract Terms
- Contract may be extended up to 18 months, followed by a required 6-month break (may be waived on a case-by-case basis)
- Annual competency requirements apply for continuous or returning candidates
