MRI Technologist — Travel Contract
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract starting December 7, 2026. You'll work mid shifts (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) Monday through Friday, with rotating call coverage from 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM and holiday rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years MRI technologist experience
- ARRT certification (active, in hand at submission)
- AHA BLS certification (active, in hand at submission)
- Valid Ohio license (permanent or compact, depending on start date)
- Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director in MRI, from assignments in the past 12 months
Qualifications
- 18 months minimum permanent MRI experience required before travel
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
- Background check and FBI/BCI clearance required within 48 hours of contract signing
- Negative 10-panel drug screen with nicotine testing (cotinine) required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Facility Details
The facility operates a busy imaging department performing routine and advanced MRI procedures. You'll join a collaborative team and support high-quality patient care in a clinical environment.

COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only).
Contract Terms
- 13-week assignment
- Extensions possible up to 18 months with facility approval
- Orientation modules (up to 4 hours, billable) completed pre-start
