Ultrasound Technologist – Travel Assignment

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Denver, Colorado. You'll work day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) in a relaxed, collaborative ultrasound department with a small, family-like team atmosphere.

Unit Description

This ultrasound department performs a diverse range of diagnostic imaging, including abdominal and pelvic scans, as well as lower extremity duplex studies (venous and arterial). The workload is variable, with approximately 8–15 scans per 12-hour shift, allowing you to work at a sustainable pace while maintaining quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current sonographer experience
• Active Colorado state licensure
• BLS certification
• ARDMS and RVT certifications

Preferred Experience

• Neonatal head ultrasound experience

Call Schedule

Saturday on-call only (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), rotating every 6 weeks.
