Endovascular Surgery – Operating Room Registered Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced OR nurse to join the endovascular surgery team. You will support minimally invasive vascular procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 10-hour days, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Contract Duration: 89 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience in endovascular surgery, cardiac, vascular, or thoracic specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
Holiday Expectations
You must be available to work:
- 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
- 1 of the 3 minor holidays: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
Clinical Scope
You will circulate for endovascular procedures, manage specialized equipment, anticipate surgeon needs, and maintain sterile technique in a high-acuity environment. Strong vascular and cardiac knowledge is essential.
