Physical Therapist — Outpatient Rehabilitation
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist for its outpatient rehabilitation department. You'll deliver direct patient care in a community-based setting with a diverse patient population and a collaborative team environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed)
- 26-week contract
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Shifts and patient load as agreed upon
Clinical Scope
- Conduct 45-minute one-on-one evaluations and recurring treatment sessions
- Treat approximately 45 patients per day
- Primary specialty: orthopedic rehabilitation with a wide variety of outpatient cases
- Manage complex cases and coordinate with nursing staff as needed
- Work alongside rehab aides and PTAs
Requirements
- Current Colorado PT License or Compact license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong clinical foundation in physical therapy practice
Work Environment
- Small community outpatient setting
- Department-specific orientation provided
- Established team with a track record of converting travel clinicians to permanent staff
- Business casual dress code

Canon City, Colorado (60-mile radius; driver's license required)
