Surgical Services CST – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

Join the surgical services team in a busy operating room environment. You'll support surgeries across 22 operating rooms, working with a high-acuity patient population including trauma cases.

Shift Details

• 12-hour evening shifts
• Start times: 9 AM or 11 AM weekdays; 7 AM weekends
• Every 3rd weekend as needed
• Every other holiday
• Call: 1x per schedule
• May float to other OR campuses as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years inpatient surgery experience with Level 1 trauma experience required
• NBSTSA certification (required; no substitutions)
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in at least 5 of the following: general, gyn, GU, oral, oto, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatric, trauma, or spine surgery
• Strong communication skills and flexible, collaborative approach
