Medical/Surgical RN — Day Shift | Atlanta, GA

This 13-week contract (with potential for extension) places you on a busy Medical/Surgical unit caring for adult patients across a broad acuity spectrum. The patient population includes general medical/surgical cases, overflow oncology patients, and socially complex patients awaiting placement who may not have an acute medical need but require continued care coordination.

Shift Details

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed hours: 36/week
• Start date: December 7, 2026

Clinical Scope

• General Medical/Surgical diagnoses
• Overflow oncology care
• High proportion of socially complex cases requiring coordination and patience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical RN experience
• Active RN license with Nursys verification
• Proficiency in electronic health records (required)
• Current certification card
• Resume with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
• Completed skills checklist
• Professional references

Additional Notes

• No requested time off (RTO) at start of contract
• Badge-appropriate photo required with submission
