Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – Days
Position Details
The facility's Cardiac Catheterization Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week contract beginning November 16, 2026.
Schedule & Expectations
- 10-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 4 days per week
- On-call: Every 5th weekend and one weekday per week
- Float to Pre- and Post-Cardiac Care Units as needed
- Guaranteed hours throughout contract duration
Role Overview
You'll support interventional cardiology procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment. Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment management, monitoring vital signs during procedures, and assisting physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac interventions. You'll collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and the broader cardiac team.
Requirements
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, procedure-driven setting
- Willingness to float and maintain on-call flexibility
