Emergency Department RN – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment. You'll work in a fast-paced ED serving patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, with a daily census of approximately 87 patients.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Night, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Contract Duration: 26 weeks
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Call-In Requirement: None
- On-Call Requirement: None
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience (first-timers considered with equivalent background)
- Current, compact-state RN license at time of submission
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
- Two professional references covering at least one year within the last three years
Clinical Details
- No floating between units required
- Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory therapy, physical therapy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and interpretation services
- Scrub color: Solid royal blue
