Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3 × 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week)
• Start Date: December 7, 2026

Position Overview

This telemetry unit cares for a cardiac-monitored patient population requiring skilled assessment, rhythm interpretation, and vascular access management. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment and experience managing patients with neurological and cardiac conditions.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Continuous telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• IV insertion and PICC line placement and management
• Neurological assessments using NIHSS
• Management of acute cardiac and stroke-adjacent patient populations

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification required
• BLS certification required
• IV insertion and PICC line experience required
