Pharmacist – 13-Week Travel Assignment

Location: Bangor, ME

Shift: Rotating 3 x 12-hour shifts

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: February 1, 2027

About the Role

You'll work in both clinical and central pharmacy settings, serving as a daily operational manager. This role blends leadership, clinical expertise, and collaborative care—ensuring medication safety and therapeutic outcomes across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify all technical pharmacy work
• Verify medication orders and assess optimal drug product selection
• Design effective dosage regimens and implement drug therapy monitoring
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance drug usage and patient outcomes
• Manage daily pharmacy operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Support the facility's mission and core values

Requirements

• Graduate-level degree in Pharmacy
• Active State of Maine Pharmacy License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with strong multitasking abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

What to Know

• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
• Up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract may be canceled by the facility
• Varied daily schedules with rotating shifts
