Registered Nurse – Day Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment. You'll supervise nursing staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide direct patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compassion.
About the Role
- Assess and monitor patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge needs
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately and manage team workflows
Schedule & Duration
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start: November 30, 2026
- Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Requirements
- License: Current RN licensure in California
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR from an approved vendor
- Experience: At least 2 years recent acute care experience
- Education: BSN preferred
