Operating Room Scrub/Circulator – Orthopedics, Spine & Robotics

Winchester, MA | 13-Week Contract | 10-Hour Evening Shifts

This OR position focuses on orthopedic, spine, and robotic-assisted surgical cases in a fast-paced inpatient setting. Candidates must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating roles.

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Weekend rotation every 6 weeks as needed
• On-call as needed
• One holiday required (summer or winter)

Clinical Scope

You'll work across orthopedic, spine, and robotics procedures in a multi-suite surgical environment. A strong foundation in scrubbing and circulating for these specialty cases is required. CNOR certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN or surgical tech license
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• CNOR preferred
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic, spine, and robotic-assisted surgery
• Must be able to both scrub and circulate

Additional Details

• Orientation: 1 week
• In-hours scrubs only (no personal scrubs)
• Local candidates are not eligible for this assignment
• Candidates must have been separated from this facility system for a minimum of 6 months prior to the start date
• Float not required
• Anticipated start: November 30, 2026
