Night Shift | 13-Week Contract | 36 Guaranteed Hours
This Respiratory Therapy department serves a comprehensive adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient population across critical care units and general floors. The team is fast-paced and collaborative, with RRTs staffing both adult and NICU/Peds service lines around the clock.
Shift Details
- Hours: 18:30–07:00
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Weekend requirement: At least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- Float: All critical care units and general floors
Clinical Scope
- Mechanical ventilation management for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
- Non-invasive ventilation and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Transport ventilation support
- Care across high-acuity critical care environments
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
- RRT credential (CRTs will not be considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
