Emergency Department RN – 13-Week Contract
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (days)
- 4 shifts per week
- No call required
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Target start: January 2024
About the Role
Clinical Scope
The department handles a wide range of emergency presentations and procedures, including:
- Lumbar punctures
- Intubations
- Thrombolysis
- Laceration repair
- Suture removal
- Splinting
Required Certifications & Licenses
- TNCC (must be current by start date)
- ENPC (must be current by start date)
- ACLS (must be current by start date)
- BLS (must be current by start date)
- Current RN license (Texas)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of emergency nursing experience
