Emergency Department RN — Travel Contract | Austin, TX
13-Week Contract | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
This fast-paced Emergency Department in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced travel RN for a 13-week night shift assignment. The unit manages a broad range of acute and emergent presentations, requiring a clinician who is clinically sharp, team-oriented, and able to anticipate patient needs in a high-volume environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4 weekend shifts per schedule
- No call required
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC (must be obtained by start date)
- ENPC (must be obtained by start date)
- NIHSS
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of ED experience
Typical Procedures
- Lumbar puncture
- Intubation
- TNK administration
- Laceration repair and suture removal
- Splinting
