Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Interventional
Position Overview
The facility's catheterization lab is seeking an experienced cardiac nurse or technologist for a day shift role. You'll work in a three-room interventional cardiac lab performing diagnostic and complex interventional procedures in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Clinical Scope
You will assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), peripheral cases, Impella support, balloon-pump procedures, and occasional device placements. The lab operates with 3 staff members per room, supporting a mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists on day shift.
Requirements
- Current RN, RCIS, or RT licensure/certification
- Proven experience in interventional cardiac catheterization labs
- Experience managing high-volume, complex cases preferred
- Ability to respond to call-back within 30 minutes
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance essential
Schedule & Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, four 10-hour days per week
- On-Call: Some weekends and weekdays
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Dress Code: Light blue scrubs (provided by facility)
